I'm a UX designer with solid account management and operations management experience in the post-production field and an educational background in creative translation. Throughout my career, I have learnt to always put myself in the shoes of both the client and the end user in order to deliver a product that will be engaging and at the same time meet business goals.

UX design provides an outlet for my creativity and allows me to apply empathy, intuition and problem-solving skills to create experiences which users can feel emotionally attached to, while at the same time constantly challenging me to learn and develop new skills.

My other passion in life is music—listening to it, playing it, making it. Whether it's unwinding by playing guitar, going to a gig or producing tracks, music has always offered me a means of expression. I'm fascinated with how music can speak to the person listening to it in ways that nothing else can. There is definitely a parallel between how you can engage and connect with a listener by taking them on an emotional journey during a track or gig, and how you can do the same with the design of a user journey in a website or app.
